Ticket Purchase

Tickets for our shows can be purchased at the box office at Via del Teatro di Marcello 4 (00186, Rome) or directly on our website: https://ticketing.teatrodellacometa.com

We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure availability of your preferred seats.

We currently do not have a phone line for ticket purchases. You can contact us via WhatsApp at 393 146 8262 or by email at biglietteria@teatrodellacometa.com to receive an online payment link.We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure availability of your preferred seats.

If you prefer not to purchase online on your own, we can send you a payment link via email. We will ask you to provide:

  • The date of the show
  • The number of tickets desired
  • Your preferred seating section (Stalls, Parterre, First Gallery or Second Gallery)
  • Any preference for row and seat number

Reservations are currently not available. Tickets must be purchased directly at the box office or online.

There are private garages near Via del Teatro Valle, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, and surrounding areas, as well as street parking (blue lines) available in some surrounding streets, with a rate of approximately €1.50/hour.

The theater is easily accessible by public transport and is located approximately 150 meters from Piazza Venezia. Options include numerous bus lines (46, 62, 64, 70, 81, 87, 492, 628, 916) that stop at Piazza Venezia or Via del Plebiscito, and Metro B (Colosseo stop) about a 10-15 minute walk away.

Refunds and Changes

We are currently unable to process resales or refunds for purchased tickets. Please carefully verify the date and time before completing your purchase.

To cancel previously purchased tickets, you must first purchase tickets for the new desired date. Once the purchase for the new date is completed, contact us to arrange the cancellation of the incorrect tickets. The refund will be credited within a few days to the original payment method.

Unfortunately, we are unable to resell tickets that have already been purchased. Should a customer cancel, we may contact you. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter to stay informed about any additional performances or new events.

The duration varies depending on the show and is indicated on the event page. If the show includes an interval, this will be noted. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start.
